Making an appointment today is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Appointment Preparation
Our scheduler will assist you in setting an appointment, gathering pertinent health information, and connecting to your patient portal. Please note, if you have had previous breast imaging at another facility we will need at least three business days to process a records request.
Screening Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. KVINNA was designed for women with their comfort and care in mind. Our relaxing environment and friendly staff will put you at ease. Skilled ultrasound techs will guide you through each step of your 30 minute exam.
Screening Results
Our patient care coordinator will contact you by phone within one week of your screening with your results. Results are also sent via a secure HIPAA-compliant email and faxed to your primary care physician per patient request. For your convenience we also upload a copy of your screening report to your patient portal.
